Shipping Policy

 At EarthBound Crystals, we take great care when packing every order to ensure your crystals and handmade goodies arrive safely.

Australian Shipping:

We offer two shipping options Australia-wide:

Standard Shipping — $14

Express Shipping — $17

Orders over $150 receive FREE standard shipping within Australia.

Please note that choosing Express Shipping speeds up the postal service after dispatch; it does not necessarily reduce our order processing time.

Processing Times:

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, live sales, large releases or special events.

Tracking:

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking to update after your parcel has been lodged.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to selected destinations. International postage is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times:

 Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once an order has been dispatched, postal delays are outside of EarthBound Crystals’ control.

 Incorrect Addresses:

 Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply to have the parcel resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels:

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the appropriate next steps. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel, packaging and damaged items and contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been assessed.
